CAO will soon be able to offer citizenship education classes as well as additional civics-focused ESL classes through a grant from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. Targetting African Legal Permanent Residents (LPRs), this program will support and encourage African LPRs to pursue (and obtain) citizenship here in the US.
